I don't feel like I'm the best at drawing cats, and I usually draw them a bit more cartoony then this, but hopefully this will help you.
I've never done something like this before, so hopefully it's what you wanted.
I've owned cats my whole life, and they still confuse me lol. My biggest recommendation is probably to look at real cat pictures. References are your friend!
I'm no professional, but I'm always willing to help out fellow artists

All I can think of is Redbubble. They got a little of everything. But yeah, I wish it was more well know. On the bright side, the few people who do know it have produced really amazing fanart!
