How to use List button

I can't find the link for what these buttons do, (List, List=). If somebody could point me in the right direction it would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

the button 'list' is an indention, but also bullets if you use the *
the button 'list=' is for ordered lists

'list=a' will get you lettered lists
'list=1' will get you numbered lists

List: Unordered list (bullet points)
Code: [list ][ /list]
Example:
[ list]
[ *]Entry 1
[ *]Entry 2
[ *]Entry 3
[ /list]

creates

• Entry 1
• Entry 2
• Entry 3

List=: Ordered list (letters or numbers)
Code: [ list=][ /list]
Example:
[ list=1]
[ *]Entry 1
[ *]Entry 2
[ *]Entry 3
[ /list]

creates

1. Entry 1
2. Entry 2
3. Entry 3

Example 2:
[ list=a]
[ *]Entry 1
