Know any good tabletop game Event generators?

(Mods, I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this, feel free to move it if it is not. I think this is right though.)

I'm running a Tabletop-type forum game. I realised that I don't have a good event generator. I'm looking for a specific one, preferably one where you can input your own options in, save the options so you can open it later, and maybe even decide what percent chance you have of getting any particular one of the events

Does anyone know of something like this? Could you please link them here?
