just give it some time, that happens when you have a poor connection to the site :> Happens to me a lot because I have kinda bad wifi lol

If you have bad wifi signal maybe it's better to adjust the settings. Use this guide http://192-168-1-1.one . It will help you to check the router connection with step-by-step instructions. It's easier than you think.
