Clan of the Fox

Wildheart looked around her den and sighed. "Might as well try hunting for real this time." Wildheart took one more look at the sky then trotted off with her tail low. She nodded at each of the foxes she met. Wildheart padded out of the camp and to her favorite spot to hunt. She lowered into a hunting crouch and sniffed the air for prey. There it was a rabbit. She spun around and her tail swished across the floor. Two tail lengths away was the biggest rabbit she had ever seen. She took two more steps. Then Wildheart pounced. She bit down hard on the rabbits neck and looked happily at her hunt and padded to the camp to put in the stash of prey.

Silvertail rubbed her eyes, hearing a rabbit squeak in agony. She sniffed the air, squirrel. She dashed towards a tree, and climbed up it. She bit a tiny squirrel, killing it instantly. She dropped it down below.

~Mare~

"Heyyyy...Silvertail"-she said sitting next to the dead squirell.Mare really didn't know what to do right now, nobody to heal either..."Wanna go hunt or something like that?"-Mare said yawning.

Silvertail shrugged. "I guess, there's not that much to do." She replied, dropping down next to her. She looked north, near the lake. "Fishing?"

Red knew that she must tell the clan at some point in time. She just didn't know how or when. Red sighed and padded over to the den where the pups were sleeping. Maybe the cuteness would brighten her mood.

"Perfect for me!"-Mare said looking at Silvertail.

Silvertail nodded and started walking in the direction of the lake. She scented some herbs near the lake, so that was good.
