My Process & Your Guarantee
One thing that I'm willing to guarantee, especially since I'm just starting out, is that I will always make edits. I more or less use a three step process and require your approval at three checkpoints.
#1. The Markup;;
First off, I will use the information from the form you provide to create a mark up.
Basically a markup is a "sketch" of the layout and elements.
This is simply to make sure I have the layout idea correct.
This is an example of a markup for a signature.
Now, I would ask you if this layout is correct or if there's anything I misunderstood before I start.
Once I get your reply, I will either edit the markup and check again, or start working on your request.
#2. The Sample;;
The sample is basically a completed product based on the markup.
At this point I will screenshot it and send it to you, for your approval.
If there are any changes you'd like to make, they can be made at this time.
It's always easier to decide on the little details, like color palate, once you've seen it in action.
This is what a sample signature looks like.
#3. Final Product;;
After I make any of the above edits, I will send back a "final sample".
At this point I might be able to make a small change, but wont likely make any large changes.
Assuming you approve your product, I will now ask for the payment and send the codes for your new item!
