I don't know where to start so I would really appreciate some help

The question gives you three zeros (x-intercepts).
Therefore, you can already write a third-degree polynomial function through y=a(x-1)(x+3)(x-4).
They would like a leading coefficient of 1, so a=1, and you can remove a from the function.
I'd think y=(x-1)(x+3)(x-4) would be fine. c:

1s2 2s2 2p5 means "2 electrons in the 1s subshell, 2 electrons in the 2s subshell, and 5 electrons in the 2p subshell" □ 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p3 is an electron configuration with 15 electrons total; 2.
Cl (Chlorine)
1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p5

YOUR QUESTION: This is more of a call for help, really, than a specific question. We got a horrible teacher this year who assumes we already know everything, while our knowledge of java is the very, very very basics. And now we have to code applications, mine isn't working no matter what I try and I'm completely lost, and the teacher isn't being any help whatsoever. So if anyone knowledgeable in Java/Android Studio could maybe PM me, that would be great. ;-; I really need to finsih this assignment, and I don't think I can manage on my own, nor do I have the underlying understanding to learn the language within the next 2-3 weeks.. So please help?

You... barely know Java and they want you to work in Android Studio already? Holy crap. I stuck my head into Android Studio after working quite a bit with Java and that thing still makes me cross-eyed. (It's not necessarily hard at my level; there's just... a lot to keep track of.)

Is there any way you can just learn Java first?

First factor out your √560 and √1800
When you factor 560 you get: √2^4 • 5 • 7
Using the radical rule, this gives √2^4 √5 √7
Since √2^4 = 2^2, you get
2^2 √5 √7

Then factor √1800...
3 • 5 • 2^(3/2)

Now put them back in fractional form
2^2 √5 √7 / 3 • 5 • 2^(3/2)
Since you have a 2 on both the numerator and denominator, you can cancel so that it looks like this...
2^(1/2) √5 √7 / 3 • 5
To simplify the bottom, you just multiply 3 and 5...
2^(1/2) √5 √7 / 15

Finally, to simplify the top we want to make 2^(1/2) into √ form. This value is equal to √2. Think about this one...
The decimal for 2^(1/2) is 1.414. If you multiply 1.414 by itself, it gives you 2, which means that 2^(1/2) is equal to √2.

So now you have...

√2 √5 √7 / 15
You will now simplify the numerator by multiplying 2, 5, and 7 to equal 70.

Your final simplified answer should be:
√70 / 15
