ghost marking draws a light line around the paint markings:

spots can either be birdcatcher, those are small white spots or grease, those are small dark spots:

mushroom is a marking that changes the base coat in a silver looking horse (chestnut normally doesn't express silver so you can only get a silver looking chestnut with mushroom):
