→ Growth: The transferal of pups to adult lines. Approval from a staff member is required to be official.
→ Custom: A completely custom design, created by any user.
→ Semi-custom: A design created by a staff member for another user.

* Must be an original piece; no pre-made lines. Art of the main Chowlin does not count for karma.

→ Users may not create Chowlins without a custom or semi-custom slot.
→ Only staff members may answer questions on the main thread.
→ Do not post complaints on any Chowlin thread. Message Mintiature if you have an issue that needs resolving.
→ All time limits mentioned in the following guidelines are considered valid when under Central Time.
→ Once per month is considered by calendar month (January, February, etc), not by a certain number of days.
→ Current staff may simply ask if they want another staff position, so long as they can handle both/all.
→ Staff get one fancy custom (any amount of traits below fancy, max two fancy traits and no mutation traits), per position category they take (artist, moderator, archivist).






→ Overall limit: 20 Chowlins


• Custom limit: 5 Chowlins

→ Chowlins, custom slots, semi-custom slots, and items may only be traded for Chowlins, custom slots, semi-custom slots, and items.


• Currency, art, and services may not be traded for Chowlins.

→ You may not alter your non-custom Chowlin's lines or colors.


• The exception to this is facial expression changes (directly on the Chowlin, not the face reference) and scars (approved by Mintiature).
• Removable accessories may be added on a separate reference.

→ Portrayal of Chowlins as any species is permitted, but they will remain in the archives as Chowlins.
→ Users may gift/trade one Chowlin per week.
→ Chowlins may be fursonas.
→ Minor revamps may be completed once a year per custom Chowlin.


• Revamps are limited to design tweaks and line touchups.
• Semi-customs may not be revamped.
• The revamp must be on a separate reference.
• Approval by staff vote will officialize the revamp.






→ One nursery slot may be used per user every month.
→ Each Chowlin starts with two breeding slots.
→ Artists may not plan to open a breeding slot for another user to catch.


• Proof of this happening will result in loss of staff position and a strike to both parties.

→ Breedings may be between two parents of any orientation.


• Two immediate family members may not breed or be in romantic relationships.
• Adults and pups may not breed or be in romantic relationships.






→ This system applies unless alternative action proves necessary.


• Strike 1: Karma is reset to zero.
• Strike 2: Unable to earn karma for six months.
• Strike 3: Banned from threads/chats for one year.
