Finished reading Order of the Phoenix some months back and haven't had the time to get the next book. Watched most of the movies when I was younger but don't really remember them all that well, haha

Books all the way. Too many details got left out in the films. (CoughGobletofFirecough)

Mostly so I can talk to new people, I dunno.

I'd like to start a conversation. Since we all know Sirius was unable to take in Harry because of Azkaban and whatnot, why couldn't Hagrid take him in? Hagrid was just the closest Harry got to a father figure, besides Dumbledore, who, let's face it, was actually rather manipulative and withheld information from Harry.
Hagrid shared everything with him. In fact, he even showed Harry the dragons in Goblet of Fire.
But that's just my opinion. Hagrid isn't appreciated enough, tbh.

true I mean hagrid could of took harry in but also not because due to hagrid actually not being able too since Dumbledore decided to wait until harry is grown and finds out he is an wizard and also because hagrid didn't have room because the creature he had but tbh hagrid isn't appreciated enough and he need to be appreciated more and I would of loved to see how it turned out if hagrid did take harry in

Yeah, i was thinking pretty much the same thing exept with snape. I mean: snape did have a thing for Lily, and he some-what helped harry a bit. Same with Lupin. Lupin was best friends with James, and he helped out harry a lot. idk just an idea

why didn't Dumbledore just let harry stay when Dumbledore was killed in the half-blood prince movie I mean I understood the death eaters would of killed harry but he could of been able to help Dumbledore.

I disagree. Snape was a bully and doesn't deserve that.
Remus, on the other hand, I'd be perfectly okay with. It's just too bad that the Wizarding community was so racist against werewolves.
