peter smirked. "don't expect me to be polite 'cause i'm new. i've been playing this game my whole life. it's second nature at this point." he chose his character.

"is that how we're going to play, Parker?" Nicola teased. "Because I will wipe the floor with your face here in ten seconds." She started the match and immediately started throwing punches.

"you wish." peter smirked and immediately started throwing kicks and punches, biting his lower lip in concentration.

nicola laughed as the two played countless hours of street fighter, not getting bored in the slightest. She smiled at Peter when midnight rolled around. "Goodnight Pete," she yawned as she stretched, "I had fun tonight."

nicola smiled softly as she made her way to her bedroom before climbing into bed, flipping on some music before closing her eyes.

before flipping on his own stereo system, listening to some quiet 80's and 90's r&b and s
hutting his eyes with a little smile.
