I don't think 'den mother' is a role. I checked the Allegiances page but all I see is the normal roles; Leader, Deputy, Medicine Eevee, Medicine Eevee Apprentice, Warriors, Apprentices, Queens and Kits, Elders, Loners, Rogues... You get the idea.
