so- I need points. And a lot of them at that. I spent a bunch on characters and now I only have 200 left.. I somehow scrounged those together. But I need 4800 more. Donations to me are SUPER appreciated and that would be so so nice of you! If you'd like to know what the points are for before you donate too you can PM me. But- I'm doing growths and pregrowths for points, to get to the point. (Get the joke haha start laughing now.) I have examples if needed, and I'll only accept those I feel comfortable doing! So this is my newest Kalon, Alex! I got him as a RU in the Melancholy contest and I just?? I think I love him even more than I loved the main adopt I was trying out for :"D He's a firefly farmer who loves his job, yet is totally not a night owl. He's always tired and a tiny bit grumpy!


Also, I really need some help growing Poppy and Bennet! I can't do much in the way of pets, but I have some art skills! C: Check out my dA, celestialsparrow, for examples! <3 I got some help! ♡

Hey guys! So, I'm really excited to announce that I'll soon be getting my first Kalon with a standard unlimited myo from the Nonowner event! I'm also using a hair edit item, so it'll be this design with a few modifications! Quillington has been nice enough to let me use her guest artist entry, and I'm phsyched to be getting it, as I really think it's beautiful! The only differences are going to be an unedited tail, a common hair edit, and maybe a difference in the shine? I'm just super stoked, so I'd figure I'd let some of that energy off here! I also decided to celebrate a bit! Since this was a free myo, I'm going to give back to the community!

I'm going to be opening free commissions for any Kalons, Tryout or Owned, Kit or Adult.
But there's a catch. These will only be open for exactly an hour and a half after this post! Ill give a five minute leeway I'll repost if I get the chance, but tell your friends! Each person can order two pieces, or one piece with two Kalons! Also, make sure to title your pm with Kalon Commission so it goes into the right folder! Just fill out this form! I'll pm you your piece, and post all the finished pieces when I'm done!!

This is supposed to close in five minutes, but guess what, I havent met my goal of drawing 25 kalons yet! I've only got 21! Annnnddddd, since I wanna draw a lot more than 25 atm, Imma extend this until, say, Tomorrow at noon CST, so 11:00 am Chicken Smoothie Time! Like it says above, spread the word and dont let anyone miss out!

Aw - that's so cute omg. I love the horrified expression and the innate fear of spiders. They really can be such a pain at times even though tbh I love spiders bc they catch the worse bugs The split face drawing is a really cute idea too - just the expressions summing up the change in attitudes. :)

Welcome back to CS and into the community! :) That's so cool - good luck with your MYO! I'm no expert at them or anything but personally I think starting with a theme or a color palette will make life a lot easier on you. :) I'll be looking forward to seeing how they turn out! And ooh - nice form! I love the character development and the amount of detail you've included about his favorite things to do and all the traits and all that. Plus the lemon facts are kind of hilarious lol. I think it shows you really have a well-developed character which I would say is absolutely key in every form. If I don't feel like I've really connected to them the person who's doing the judging usually can too. But I definitely see your attachment here! Good luck!!

I was able to snag an Oil Lantern from the development event after I got hooked on the idea of giving Yushin some glow! I was originally considering going for a Tiny Cake because munchkins are SO cute but… none of my current kalons really look like the munchkin type to me? I'd been thinking about doing Monrelise when he grows up but I really think Yushin will look sweet with some glow.

The trouble is… I'm just not sure exactly WHAT should glow. I really think the purple, but… anything else? What else? I made a quick poll - if you wouldn't mind giving a little feedback!

I also wanted to share a piece I did of Zacharias's younger edgy self:

He's kinda fun lol. That'd be red hair dye yep yep. though how he got that bright of a color is probably unrealistic let's be honest

And on that note - last but not least!
If I were to do cheap bust sketch commissions like the Zach sketch above - how many DA points should I charge/would anyone be interested? I'm thinking the 25-50 range but I honestly don't have a solid grasp on DA going rates at all so any help would be appreciated!
