Palette; depends on the theme you're going with. for swablu/altaria, various shades of blue and white (and possibly some grey). for pidove, various shades of grey, with white and black (and perhaps some pink for accents) for chatot, preferably white/neutral colours with colourful accents (i'd actually prefer shiny chatot colours ((blue, red, golden)), but normal chatot colours are also a-okay). generally speaking, softer, more natural colours would suit her much more than bright neon colours though.
Theme; any kind of bird pokemon, preferably swablu (or altaria); pidove and chatot are also options
Clothing Style; some possible inspirations i think she'd wear style-wise are this, this and this, so more on the cute & elegant side.
