On their hind legs, some have fins and others don't and I wanted to know if that affects the hound or if it's just for appearance?

If that's the case then, no it's just that the dark blue-ish one (my oc) has like fur or something, but the adoptables are the adoptable hounds, i purposely made the appearenced different.
