This game is fun and quite simple.
I think of a word and then the next person types the first word that comes to their mind when they read the last word.
For Example:
Person #1: pumpkin
Person #2: pumpkin pie
Person #3: thanksgiving
Person #4: the macey's parade
Person #5: huge balloons
And So On...

It is also fun to look at the very first word and the very last word, and see if they are in any way similar. Be creative. Have Fun!
