I refuse to listen to the English versions. They distort the songs too much to make them rhyme, when the German versions are beautiful. But yeah, they are hardly ever mentioned now a days.

I first heard of them before they had English versions. >_> So then hearing the English was too weird. xD And I took several years of German in high school so I was already familiar with the language.
