Why is the layout of this place a halloween one?

Well, for awhile the site did run as chickentoast, but the artists found it too challenging to draw an actual chicken toast. Some other temporary names were chickencoke, chickentomatoe, and chickennoodles. Chickennoodles did alright, but it was considered too mainstream.
