I've never made a game before so I don't know if people will actually play it- but I'm going to try anyway.
I have a lot of fun playing "Avatar first impressions" and "Signature first impressions" but I've never seen "Interests first impressions". It's pretty self-explanatory, you just read the interests of the person above you and you reply with your first impressions.
