okay i wrestled with what song to choose for a while and they're all a little embarrassing no matter what lol, but probably mirrors by justin timberlake. i listened to that + a few other pop songs while in a bad episode, and even though they didn't necessarily get me out of it, they were part of what helped me cope

neglecting myself and ignoring what i need in favour of taking care of everyone else and making sure they're happy. or, if you're looking for something more "basic", chewing and biting on the skin around my nails until it bleeds when i'm stressed/bored/anxious

christmas eve sarajevo by the trans-siberian orchestra! i was obsessed with it when i was younger and would listen to it even when it wasn't christmas time! my parents used to play it all the time and there's a local light show where i live that has the lights set to dance to it among other songs :)
