im ok rn however my math teacher like. basically made fun of me earlier and even though im pretty sure it was a joke it kinda made me feel bad
agh it depends on the type of scissors I’m using really… the big ones r ok but the “kids ones” hurt my hand because my hands are too big

• any time i skip, it instantly boosts my mood. also, i will pace around my room. the back-and-forth motion helps calm me down. i also pace when i feel happy but i seem to notice it more when i'm upset.

im gonna be honest im just proud of the fact that im still here. life is hard as hell sometimes and a lot of the time situations have just been thoroughly unkind to me. i think it's really awesome that despite everything and how many times ive considered just giving up im still going, especially right now since ive been facing some of my worst fears in real time. im here and im trying my best to be happy and that's the biggest accomplishment i could possibly make. this was kinda a sappy answer lol uhhhhh
