I don't really watch television, but 'Surrender' by Sonya Hartnett changed my life in that it made me want to be a writer. Her writing is also just achingly beautiful. It changed the way I saw the world; it made it feel more vibrant and somehow more beautiful just due the way she wrote. No other book has made me feel this way.

What is something you promised yourself that you would never do again?

"Test" people until they leave. It's something a lot of us with BPD do and it's a major cause of my own pain as well as pain for others.

Do you "kin" (deeply relate/spiritually connect to) any characters? Who and why?

i honestly don’t know... i’ve never really thought of it, but i think i might highly resonate with tsukishima from haikyuu!!. (note i’ve only seen season one and eight episodes into season two) we both have snarky comebacks and act rather rude to people who have a lack of wanting to get-to-know-ourselves personally or put any effort into a strong bond. but, otherwise, we’re respectful and can be kind (but awkward with emotional topics, maybe). we both gets good grades. we both also listen to music quite often and i even have a set of headphones that look pretty identical to his.

what do you do when you’re angry?

Hold it in and never let anyone see unless they are my family, in which case I'm quite loud about it.

Favorite thing about yourself?

I usually adapt to be whoever I want at the time, regardless of how I feel. So if I am horribly nervous but want to be proud and charismatic I can go do it.

Do you play any instruments?

No, but I wish I could play violin

What do you usually do to relax and pass the time?

literally just deep-breathe. not a good way to pass time but it sure helps me relax.

how content are you with your life right now?

Eh it’s alright I guess. Could be much better though, I’ve been lonely.


Do you have a best friend? How did you meet?

yes! we met in freshman year through a mutual friend / being in the same classes.

what's genuinely on your mind right now?

I'm feeling pretty down. I'm not entirely sure what to think about. Just that I'm not feeling too well. Just staying up and hanging out on cs.
