i dont understand when people say its not normal, its natural so yes agree!
prismacolor colored pencils are very annoying and are overrated!! (they dont fill everything in for me...)

I disagree, mine do fine? They're very, very good quality and I love mine almost as much as my watercolor pencils.I don't have an issue with empty spots like I do with most other colored pencils.

The nails on a chalkboard sound isn't really that awful.
