disagree, you just need to look in the right places. i highly suggest kendrick lamar's "to pimp a butterfly." i had a similar opinion until i sat down and really listened to what he was communicating through his music. that album changed my entire perspective on rap music! but yeah there's definitely good rap and bad rap. like mumble rap is a big no-no from me
