Hideously. I joke about being a vampire. Also, it’s totally worth looking into vitamin D supplements — a lack of the stuff can really badly affect your emotional state. (I live waaaaaaaaay up north where it’s SO DARK in winter for most of the day, and let me tell you those little softgels really ARE gold, they don’t just look like it.)
