My first job, I had so sit in a weird posture, the clients treated me like I was incompetent even though I was telling them exactly what was in the instruction manual I was given on joining and my boss literally gave a thirty minute lecture/ pep talk for any small mistake instead of just letting me correct it and move on save us both a lot of time.
