The character's design is pretty simple which I really like. The colors all compliment each other and the mostly light colors contrast really well with his clothing and red eyes. I also really like the little dark ear tips. I think you have the start of a character with his backstory/ summary. Avoiding crowds due to anxiety or bipolar is a very fleshed out backstory rather than "he just hates his fans" or something without substance. I like that his mental illnesses are worked into his story as disruptive rather than just tacked on randomly.
The only thing I can take issue with is the darker foot, since most of his dark markings are so small the foot draws the eye a lot. But that's just my ADHD brain looking for distractions ^^.

Abriel is a quiet being. Before ending up on assignment to earth he was an ordinary middle managment angel. He worked as a guardian for around 300 teens, keeping them safe so they could grow up to help people in the medical fields. He enjoys learning about human culture and takes a particular interest in social justice and alternative culture. He frequents coffee shops both in Heaven, Hell and Earth. He usually drinks an iced latte with 6 shots. Humans and angels alike describe him as mild mannered but seemingly always tired and often a bit exasparated or apathetic but undoubtedly kind. more info
