indeed it is! the fell pony originated in northern england. this is a very strong and hardy breed known for its ground-covering trot. it is closely related to the dales pony.

yes, pony of the americas is correct :) this breed originated in iowa. the foundation stallion was an appaloosa/arabian/shetland pony cross. ponies must have "loud" appaloosa coloring to be registered, meaning that you must be able to see the spots from 40 feet away.
