What's really grinds your gears?

closemindedness! i find it very upsetting when people are closed off to things they've never given a try or when people refuse to accept others due to different interests and backgrounds from their own

Well, it grinds my gears when I get injured in a way that incapacitates me from continuing to work. That irritates me because I feel like I could do better. Usually, I try to work through the injury too, which gets me in trouble or injured worse. Whoops!
If it's a person-related irritation... Well, that's a hard one. I like people. But I don't like when people are being disrespectful and looking down on others for whatever reason, be it gender, race, sexuality, etc... it's rude when people think others are below them.
