Troy sat in camp, he didn't understand why his plan didn't work. Instead of wooing Alvena it only made her worse, now she wouldn't even look at him. On top of the fight though there were some foxes! The probably smelled blood and came to investigate so he sent out the other brutes while he sat watch. Today he was going to try a different tactic and give his fae everything she wanted. Of course that made it hard because every time she moved she winced and he was right there but she ignored him.

This but Troy in a foul mood and he found himself snapping at everything and any one around him, not to mention this even made Alvena more upset. So for now Troy put himself in a time out and sat away from his pack, with a slight slump as if he was pouting.

Shiver watched her pups sleep, that seems to be all they have been doing and she was fine with that. They all seemed happy and healthy and she was thankful for that. After checking them over one last time she left the den and went to join Alvena who was just outside "You alright?" Shiver asked her.

"Just hurting, Markus said the infection has gone but it is still tender and it hurt when I move." Alvena complained. "Why is he such an air head brute? Why was he chosen to be my mate?" she muttered.

"I have got to hear how you received the dream, how did you find out Troy was to be your mate?" Shiver couldn't help but ask.

"Well, I use to live in a group before I came here. Only the alphas could have pups and I found myself wanting my own. So I prayed and wished for the ancestors to help me out. They first lead me here and then I saw Troy and something told me he was mine. Though I am now finding myself wanting to send him back." She chuckled "I won't stay mad at him long but I want him to change his attitude some." she mumbled.

"Good luck with that." Shiver chuckled.

Trenton bent his head down, sniffing at the blood trail then looked over at the sprung fox trap. Orlando was standing several pawlengths down the blood trail, looking around. "We need to find whoever got hurt." Trenton ordered, trotting over to the irontooth. Orlando nodded in agreement. "Let's go." The long-legged dog started following the blood trail, desperate to find the injured dog.

Florence slowly walked out of the nursery, looking back over her shoulder as her litter followed her out. Since she had given birth to them, Florence had kept them hold up in the nursery, not wanting her pups to go outside. The beta had feared that she would lose them like she had with her two stillborn sons.

Victoria, Aspen and Verona crossed the clearing to join Florence and her three pups. "They've gotten so big." Victoria cooed, looking fondly at the three pups as they explored the camp. Carolina, the white and grey borzoi, pounced on Juno, the brindled borzoi. Juno let out a loud squeak, batting at her sister and trying to scurry away from her. Kent, the black shepherd mix, shot his sisters an annoyed look before trotting back to Florence, pressing close against her legs.

Deimos padded through the forest briskly, his ears pricked and eyes alert. The forest was still sleeping when he left camp, alone. So, some group of loners thinks that they can just waltz onto his border and start causing trouble? He let out a gruff snort at the notion. He wouldn't let those sniveling dogs into his territory. No way!
The determined irontooth kept his nose to the ground as he navigated the dark territory. Eventually, he reached the border where the newest irontooth another of Cronus's sons named Eros had been found yesterday.
He could still smell the smokey smell that clung to the dog's pelt. Deimos lifted his head and peered into the darkness. The shadows remained undisturbed until a pair of eyes suddenly appeared within them. Deimos yelped when a dog leaped and bowled him over, pinning him to the ground. His muzzle hit the dirt and he struggled to reach behind him and bite at the intruder's neck, but the claws digging into his shoulder made him cease.
"Felling brave, kennel rat?" A dark voice hissed in his ear. "Bravery and stupidity are one in the same." Deimos forced himself to stay calm as the scent of carrion filled his nose. The intruder continued to speak. "Here is what is going to happen. I know you and your kennel have taken in my father and my soft-belly brother, and that is alright with me, but here's the deal. Me and my rouges are going to stick around the East border for a while and hunt to our heart's content. This will not reach your alpha's ears, understand? If patrols start snooping around, I'll send them back to your camp," the claws dug in deeper, "in pieces. Do you understand?"
Deimos said nothing and let out a whimper. The claws suddenly disappeared, along with the weight that had been on his back. The mix breed jumped up just in time to see a dark tail disappear into the darkness.

"Deimos and I will hunt along the South border today." Bello said, shaking a distracted Deimos out of his thoughts. He jerked his head up to look at the beta, who glanced at him curiously. "Are you alright, Deimos?"
"Yes, yes, I'm fine." He replied, feeling the eyes of his curious kennel mates burning into him. Or maybe it was the small scratches that were hidden under his chestnut pelt. Either way, it stung him.
Bello was not convinced of this but shook his broad head and turned to Anteros, Nike, Athena and Eros. Eros stood tall next to his new friends, his tail swishing behind him. "The rest of you shall patrol the West and East borders."
"No!" Deimos barked immediately, his eyes wide in fear. Bello cocked his head and he cleared his throat. "Not the East border. That one was patrolled yesterday. They should focus on the West border today." He replied calmly, though his heart was pounding in his chest. He couldn't risk it. Not Anteros.
Bello lifted his head and fixed the irontooth with a look that made him cower. "Fine." He said, his gaze not wavering, "Just the West today."

nestled deep within a hidden wonderland, silver creek dogs reside near.. well, a creek. their territory expands widely and has yet to be fully explored. because they are so far off from civilization, the territory doesn't have exact borders. the dogs may explore as far as they please, but they tend to stay in the central area. the canines are very centered around family and relationships. everyone accepts one another and the alpha is a nurturing soul. silver creek is mostly unheard of aside from rumors. the dogs don't purposefully isolate, they actually love meeting others. it's just the fact that they're so far off. there is no violence within the territory and the alpha punishes fairly. the dogs all respect each other within silver creek. the community all relies on each other and each dog is assigned a duty based on his/her skills along with their passions.

the dogs themselves are all larger, sturdy dogs originally breed for sporting purposes such as working, pulling, guarding, etc. they all have darker tones of coats to blend in with the surrounding dense forestry. they may be slower than most, but they make up for it in strength and will power. such breeds in this territory include mastiffs, pitbulls, great danes, newfoundlands, great pyrenees, etc.

Weather Report: The mud from previous storms is all dried up now. The weather has started to cool and the leaves are turning their fall colors, some have even started to fall with the wind. The sun is starting to set earlier and rise later as well and sometimes there can be fog in the early morning. Prey will become less as the fall season continues so catch as much as you can while you can for the coming winter! Predators are starting to become more frequent as well so watch out!

Charlie was standing watch and her ear's perked when she heard rustling in the bushes. At first she shrugged it off and told herself it was just the wind, but then it happened more frequently. The mountain dog frowned and got to her paws to investigate, the wind was not in her favor as she couldn't pick up a scent. The beta let out a low growl as she nudged the bush aside and jumped back in shock as she saw four badgers! "No!" she barked, but it was to late. The badgers followed her out and moved in closer, Charlie knew this was not good and she let out a loud howl for help, hopefully someone from her kennel would hear, even when it was cut short as she defended herself and did her best to keep them at bay.

Daisy heard the commotion from outside and the loud warning howl, she wanted nothing but to run out and help the beta but knew it would be better for her to stay with her pups. She placed herself in front of the den opening, making sure nothing could get in or out.

Parker finds two feverfew.
Due to ignoring the badgers they have moved closer into your territory and are dangerously close to camp!
Azalea is expecting! She is due in two moons/posts.

Boom was in a sour mood and Ricochet knew it so the two stayed quiet. As they marked the borders a menacing black dog came towards them with amber colored eyes, it scared the both of them but the two stood their ground anyways. With low growls they both took an attacking stance and it was Ricochet that barked "Stop where you are! Don't come any closer than that!" but the large black dog ignored them. The two looked at each other, a mistake, when they turned back the black dog was gone. No where to be seen. This kept them on edge the entire way back to camp, not knowing that the black dog followed them in the shadows quietly.

Boom and Ricochet find a potential shaman! Choose five herbs from here to start.

Swinging Blades

Number of Dogs: 1 Male
Kota knew he was getting old. He has been traveling by himself for a long time. The memories of his humans are distant and the sting of being abandoned at the tree was long dulled. Though, it took a long time for him to accept it. After he had freed himself from the rope binding him he set off looking for his humans. That was a long time ago. The last time Kota had seen a human was when he was traveling down the remote road many moons ago. He roamed through many environments and territories surviving on his own. He taught himself his unique fighting style by defending himself against attacks and learning from the grass. It swayed and changed directions all the time. By doing this, Kota confuses his enemies and is able to strike multiple times in a row.
Now Kota is hoping to establish a kennel and teach his techniques to other dogs. In his kennel, offerings will be made to the ancestors at every ceremony and every meeting, for without their guidance, Kota would never have found his territory. He looks over his newly marked territory: A low valley surrounded by mountains. A pond resides at the bottom of them. On the western side is a forest where the winter den is located.
Under the setting sun, Kota bows so low to the ground that his snout is brushing against the grass. "Please wise ancestors. Send me a young dog so I can pass on my learnings. I have no offerings this time, but I will supply you with a grand helping the following meeting. Thank you ancestors."

The Misfit Growlers

Florida had sat in Iris's den, he couldn't help but chuckle at Rookie, the male had gotten himself into this pain by challenging Logan, "Oh quit your laughing, if you want to stay in this den, be polite!" growled Rookie, he rested his chin on his paws, closing his eyes slowly, having to stay rolled over on his side to keep the cobwebs on "Those poppy seeds must of knocked him out" Iris barked, Florida gave a nod "Now we can get some peace and quiet in camp.. his barking kept Belle and her pups awake half of the night" Florida growled, he looked back to the Nursery, Logan had agreed to take Solo over to visit the pups, Florida was glad his Tenderpaw could relax a bit and hang out with the pups.
Logan grinned as Solo and Bracken chased each other around the nursery, the tents were worn out by the storm, and till they could patch up the tents, as well as carry out the water, the kennel's current dens were the ones used for the storm, Lassie and Sparrow had been tackling each other to the ground, "Gotcha, Sparrow!" Lassie chuckled, Sparrow sighed "Only cause you and Bracken are quicker than me! I'm so slow compared to ya'll!" growled Sparrow, Belle grinned as she lifted Lassie off from her brother, Bracken tumbled over after being swooped by Solo's paw, Belle growled, turning her gaze to Solo, he slowly backed away till Bracken broke the awkward silence "Chill out, mom! just knocked over, that's all, Solo's way quicker than me.. you should expect this!" Bracken barked, eyeing Sparrow on that last bit, Sparrow rolled his eyes at his brother, Lassie doing the same and turning back to Sparrow, as they continued their talk about the true beauty of birds.
One moon later..
Logan had just sent off Florida and himself on a Border Patrol, while Iris had gone herb-hunting, Belle, her pups, Solo, and Rookie were the remaining dogs at camp, Logan and Florida padded through the twigs, fallen leaves, and pebbles as they got to the borders, before they left Rookie had called out "Try to find my sister!", Logan and Florida both agreed that no dog could survive the storm out in the wild, alone.. they were looking for possible survivors on the verge of death, not expecting anything else, Logan remembered the last prey the kennel had was only a squirrel, "You go hunting instead, I will do this border patrol by myself" he barked, Florida nodded and headed the opposite direction of Logan

Weather Report: Fall has arrived! The air is crisp but not yet chilly as the leaves in the trees begin to change colors. A lot of prey is out prepping for the oncoming winter. Dogs will be more likely to find prey and loners looking for a place to stay won't be as frequent. Watch out for predators getting a little too curious! Humans looking to hunt boar and deer are in surplus so dogs need to watch their feet for hunter traps.

Basil's head was spinning,she quickly but gingerly put the rasberry leaves to stop the bleeding from Adalia.Basil,earlier,had left the patrol to return to the healer's den and was still wondering if Liam was found...

Adalia was panting but ignoring the blood loss and weakly,looked at her 5 pups,in love.As she licked each one of them,she noticed one was cold,she nuzzled it,but nothing.She frowned ''no,no no no!No!'' she had tears in her eyes as she cuddled all of them,and as Kai looked at her,she growled fiercly,the same to Loki.

Basil let Adalia rest,she turned to where Duci was and with a gasp,saw her brother,Liam.She ran to him,tail wagging and tripped im over ''oh brother!I thought that you were gone!'' she frowned.

Loki gulped and turned away from the protective pup-mother,he turned to Bruno ''welcome to the evegreens kennel,my friend,Kai,Benjamin and Duci shall take you on a patrol and hunt.''
