I'm not sure if we have anything specific to our family.
We just have a lot of French traditions, in general. I suppose. Like the galette des rois on January 6th. which is heckin' delicious.
We don't really celebrate Thanksgiving as that's more of an American thing and as a family, we haven't been here for that long.

yea! on christmas eve, my fam in norway hides their broom so witches and spirits won't hang around. sometimes they'll poke their heads out the window and shoot w a shotgun at the front door to show who's boss.

last week i took a pic of some cookies i baked bc they were freakin' massive and i thought it was funny x)

you mean online games? in that case, not really. i occasionally go on gaia, but that's about it!

do you believe in ghosts/paranormal stuff? why or why not?

absolutely, tbh. i've lived next door to a graveyard since i was seven years old. if that's not explanation enough, there have been several instances of weird things going on. there was a lot of activity when i first moved here because there were three children buried beneath a bush and their graves weren't marked (they were orphans whom the church did charity burials for, actually) and there were lots of times where either i or someone in my family would see kids peeking around the bush from the corner of our eye. that all stopped once we removed the bush and marked their graves. one of my dad's friends is actually buried there, and once i was mucking about in puddles and i was the only one outside, and i saw someone watching me from the corner of my eye. when i looked up, there was no one there, and one time i was being goofy with my mom and i almost fell over and felt someone grab my wrist. once my dad's keys went missing and we turned the house upside down, and they turned up on the kitchen table. i think my dad's friend was responsible for all three of those things, tbh, as they all happened in the few weeks following his passing. this is quite a long response but i definitely believe in ghosts and it's something i'm very interested in.

what about you? have you had any experiences that made you believe in paranormal stuff?

No. I used to believe in ghosts when I was younger because I saw them at night sometimes, but then I found out they were hallucinations caused by sleep paralysis.

Describe your dream house

[food ☕️]

A large house for all my animals out in the middle of nowhere, far away from society. I keep picturing countryside, however a foresty area would be cool too. I'd want lots of property, as I hope for my house to become an animal sanctuary.

What was the last dream you can recall, and what about?

i was out in some sort of wasteland with a dog i don't recognize. i believe there was a building by us, but the rest of the landscape was empty. i was organizing my food supplies in a container (i think i was making some sort of trail mix? but it was a very small amount of it and it looked rather strange) while the dog was just nosing around. it actually felt very fallout-esque!

i usually don't have dreams! however, when i do they're generally fairly strange and sporadic. they're almost always both realistic and weird, which i like.

what's a pet peeve of yours?

I have quite a few actually, so there's no definite one.

What is one thing you would change about your home?

tbh i would want my basement to disappear. or at least like cover the basement
door with a wall lmao. the basement always scares me and my bf's rumours about
a woman dying there only makes it worse we don't even put items there
