I think this design has the potential to be really awesome, the head markings are super cool!! But the body markings feel scattered and imo don't match the head markings. I think they should match the head markings a little better. Otherwise, a really interesting design!

8.75/10 I see a lot of characters with his color palette, but this character is still very nice- I especially love the cool tail. Maybe you could add an accessory to brighten up his monochrome colors and make him stand out more?
