Oh my gosh, the species looks so cute! That tongue... Anyways, the design flows very well and the brown/red is a very nice base color. The only thing is the colors of the eye are rather jarring compared to the rest, but I mean, that's eye color, not really important!
9.5/10 would adopt myself

I am not a fan of human characters, but this is one of the good ones. Obviously related to bill cipher, he isn't the most... creative. However much better than the other bill cipher OCs. His name is pretty creative and that's what I like about him.

While she's a pretty nice natural character, I feel like her markings are a bit random, and would be hard to replicate :0 Also, her eye colour seems a little too faded compared to her colour scheme; maybe another colour added into her colour scheme and incorporated into the whole design? Also a few accessories to make her tand out from other OCs? ;0; (sorry for the lower rating!)

I really like he colors and markings, and her eyes. I like the simplicity. Though I wish she has some accessories added to her ref! I would suggest a cape of sort, scarf, socks, or a hat! I really like this character <3
