3/10 There is not much to go off of. No colors (which I feel are very important in designs), no markings, just an outline. The idea is okay, but kind of simple. Sorry.

Everything looks great with this character except the color palette. The reddish-pink looks great with both the orange and lavender, but the orange with the lavender just doesn't look right to me. I know it can be done right and this just barely misses a 10/10 ;-;

i love the color choice and the overall technique to lay the designs to make it seem really soft!! i just feel like the design is too complicated, esp. with all of the different stripes/dots and overlays
it's not muddled but i would see it being hard to recreate?? i feel like overall it's a great oc!

Oh my <3 What a lovely character! The two different forms are both stunning, and the colour palette is phenomenal! I love the rope and anchor idea, and the colour of the eyes really brings the whole thing together ;w; I don't think I've ever rated a character so highly in a long time ahhh <3
