five beautiful things

certainly 2, nature in any form it takes is stunningly beautiful

1; sitting and talking with friends after a long, stressful day
2; hearing a song you used to love again, only to realize you adore it still
3; cuddling with your pet(s)
4; drawing something and being genuinely really proud of it; your hard work truly paying off
5; going out places with family and enjoying every second of it

number three is really the only one out of that list that i can relate to, but i think it's the best anyways, so number three

1. finding an old message written on a page of a book you bought at a garage sale or a used book shop
2. seeing a cat on a sunny day, playing in a garden or basking in the sun on the pavement, enjoying its life
3. staring at yourself the mirror after having cried your heart out, realizing that one day you will be at peace
4. seeing little kids playing together while you're out, and remembering the innocence and purity of your childhood
5. the feeling of utter bliss when someone you love tells you they love you and embraces you sweetly, protecting you and keeping you safe from everything that is bad in the world

number one reminds me of playing animal crossing city folk on my wii when i was younger. i always made my music into a little music box lol

1. when you're out in nature on a nice day and feel the breeze and you feel so close to the earth
2. hearing the first cicada of summer
3. when you and your friends are laughing so hard that it hurts to breathe and you laugh about it for a long time after
4. flipping your pillow over to the cold side when it's hot out
5. taking your hair out of a ponytail and rubbing your head for a while

number one; honestly anything to do with nature makes me happy.

1. looking up at the night sky.
2. curling up somewhere cozy and reading a book.
3. having a cup of coffee in the morning.
4. getting in bed after a long day, and your body seems to melt into the mattress as you relax.
5. watching the flame of a candle flicker and dance.

number four is one of the best feelings in the world - its like all the stress of the day vanishes and everything is chill

1. dogs. dogs that are happy to see you even if you have never seen that dog in your life
2. when you wake up a cat and they make the little mrrrph noise
3. watching a well done film
4. finishing a project and feeling proud of it
5. listening to loud music late at night

1. listening to your favourite jams while skateboarding
2. hanging out with friends outside
3. completing an art piece that took you forever
4. when someone tells you 'i love you'

5 for me is the best man- I wish summer was over so I could just hug one of my friends right now

1. Wind that's just light enough to cool you off when it's hot
2. Campfires
3. Hoodies (the bigger the better)
4. Playing the final note from your final piece in your concert
5. Doing a bow once your show is finished with the rest of your cast

1. witnessing an artist creating something new— listening to a musician tune their guitar and pluck a gleeful melody, watching a painter lay down the first colours of what will become a beautifully detailed portrait, seeing a sculptor form something delicate and serendipitous out of a simple piece of clay
2. finding a piece of your old schoolwork while you're searching for a misplaced belonging of yours, falling down memory lane, recalling what your life was like when you wrote it
3. frogs sitting peacefully on lilypads and in the grass
4. the captivating sounds and visuals you experience at a concert— raw vocals, loud guitars, messy drums, musicians putting all of their energy in to their performance
5. hearing someone's pure, untamed laughter after you've made a joke
