2. standing on a cliff and seeing the ocean, its even better when its sunrise or sunset and the water reflects the sky

1. the sound and smell of rain
2. getting into a warm bed after a long day and a warm shower
3. laughing with your friends so much you feel yourself getting abs
4. getting food that you've been craving for a long time
5. waking up to the sound of birds when you're camping

five is by far one of the most encouraging things i've experienced ~ there's nothing like a bit of love to get you through the in-between moments <3

1. writing a piece of poetry that makes you feel like you've finally said what you've been needing to say
2. having those conversations with people that last for hours, knowing the next day you'll be back to normal, but for now you're at your most vulnerable and beautiful
3. singing a powerful song with hundreds of people where you literally feel the rise and fall of the music in your soul and all you can hear is the collective voice
4. learning new facts about people you've known for a long time, finally understanding, the things they do finally making sense <3
5. celebrating a family tradition with everyone you care about, everyone coming together to be intentionally happy and functional, even if just for a little while ~

1, 2, 3, and 4 all feel really special to me, though 2 and 4 are the ones I can most relate to (since most of my poetry is meaningless and I've never sung with a crowd of people, though I'd like to!!), so I'm gonna say it's a tie between those. Conversations like that are really special, and figuring out why people are the way they are is really neat and interesting.

- when you hear a song on the radio and it paired the weather outside takes you back to a time in the past when you were in that same situation, listening to that song on the radio in that weather, reflecting on things
- winning a class debate
- being young and hearing the music of an ice cream truck approaching
- baby donkeys with fluffy ears

definitely laughing on a bus with friends at 3am...i miss those late night public transportation vibes sm, not even kidding
1. that aaah feeling when you've been all stressed out n gross and then you hop into a bathtub filled with water so hot your skin kinda screams and everything is prickly but then you get used to it and it's just the best feeling
2. those little tiny freckles that show up on the bridge of your nose and the tops of your cheeks when you start spending more time in the sunshine
3. spontaneous visits from friends who throw tiny pebbles at your bedroom window to try and get your attention
4. early morning runs down your favorite secret beach path that you may or may not be trespassing on because shoreline privatization is uber lame
5. finding a wishing rock that feels just right in your hand, with a perfect itty bitty white band all the way around
