The humans had kind of made a giant continent, so all the races' kingdoms are there. While they are not close enough to be within sight, they can be easily reached in a few days' flight.
Major locations:
Windgon capital: They live in Spires and buildings built off of sheer mountain faces. Most of the windows are large, with glass doors, allowing for flight in and out. Their materials are stone, but they quite prefer the expensive wood, and all the best have something made of wood as a house support.
Blazegon capital: This is on a somewhat dry prairie. They houses and buildings are well-built and made of non-flammable materials. The castle looks like a Scottish fortress. There are arenas scattered about, where Dargons can prove their strength and convicts are executed.
Rockgon capital: the capital is built around a strange, standalone mountain. The homes are made of intricately-chiseled stone, as is everything else. Instead of streets, these Dargons move about in underground tunnels, using specifically-placed cellar doors to surface. The castle is inside the mountain
Dimgon capital: This center is in a deep, dark canyon. There is hardly any light-source, allowing these stealth masters to flit from place to place undetected. Their building material is a strange, iridescent substance that some might call 'peacock ore'. Their castle location is a well-kept secret.
Beastgon capital: These Dargons actually have a large territory consisting of some hills and a river, a small forest, and a plain. They circulate about over this area, continuing their original way of life as nomads. They live in oilcloth tents and use things made of bones and wood. Their king and queen live in a wooden house on wheels, which servants pull. Their territory is a strange exception to the 3-day-flight rule: they can travel quite easily to the Treegons.
Treegon capital: They live in tree-houses made of logs and clay, high up in the ancient trees that grace the center of their land. The royals live in the r very center, and the houses radiate outwards by importance. It is impossible to reach this place without climbing the designated tree.
Freezegon capital: These chilly Dargons live at the arctic edge of the continent, making their homes of ice--ice blocks, ice crystals, it doesn't matter so lone as it's ice. Royals and other important Dargons live in colored or clear ice, while commoners live in opaque white ice. Their streets are paved with cobble
Raingon capital: Raingons live on the banks of Scale Lake. their homes are low-set and made of mud and clay. Royals live in the only stone lodging, which is small as well. They very often aso live on floating wooden homes or on the piers.
yep.
So, I am no longer really playing. I am sticking around to collect pets which I will exchange for art. Please only contact me about art or if you need some advice or a listening ear.
