9.5/10! What a cute character!! Ninja'd!

6.5/10! While I enjoy your character's design I see a lot of Japanese-inspired, red-and-white designs [kitsunes especially]! The fur on the paws/lower legs is the only thing that really stands out as unique to me, which I admire!

Sorrel?

They always have red "hands" gripping the base of their ears and can't seem to get their fur to lay down flat-- they're always jumpy and anxious about something and easily startled.

5/10 I don't know, it's very bleak, with very few colors or design and creativity, I think at least some accessories should be added, personality though is well developed.

-Once thing I would suggest is to change it slightly, especially the overused black eyes with red pupils.
