A very nice character! It's cute but looks fierce, and I like the natural colors. The design looks nice and simple, and the bandannas are a nice accessory.
However, I feel like the tail could use some work. It looks nice, but I'm not a fan of the way the 'underbelly' flows into it.
Other than that, it's very good, but I'd love to see more of the stripey, badger-ish accents that are shown on the face and neck.

Although I'm not a fan of MLP, this character is pretty original. I haven't seen any like it on this thread. The only thing that is bothering me are the boots. It makes the design kinda look overbalanced on the flank. Maybe do some boots for the front legs? and also add some red accents so that they seem part of the same equipment as the rockets. Love the idea!
