really neat character! The colors are super nice, and I don't often see tiger characters C:
as for the green eyes, although they don't clash that bad, they don't make much sense seeing green with the red/black design!
and they scar. Now, not in a super bad way- but the eye 'rip' or eye scar is usually a REALLY cliched thing. But I really like it on this design, it looks nice!!

she is a sneaky witch- that knows her craft. She can be a big clutz, and she isn't really that smart.She can also be pretty naive.
Piper uses her powers for popularity as she is pretty insecure about only having like 2 firends. So she makes potions so she will have friends that have to be there for her. lmao xD

7/10 - gorgeous colours and overall design, however the hair seems rather bland, i suggest changing it to match the tail. also the sclera colour clashes with the coat.

9/10, I love the character style and concept! And the overall sketch excels what I expected. The only thing I could suggest is to make it more fox like, due to who I thought It was a wolf. Yet I love it either way !
