1 for the the avatar because i'm not a big fan of CS avatars, personally (pls dont hurt me staff ;;)
as for the signature, i would say 3, its a bit lazy and the image is oddly placed, plus not a big fan of lots of text color (the eggs throw everything off as well) - it isnt eye appealing, sorry.
