Whitewind's eyes clouded with grief. Amberlight's body was turning cold. "Froststar, Tigerpelt, and Amberlight all dead?" she whispered. "And Jaggleaf exiled?" The Clan was falling apart. They need to exile the right cat. "How could we let this happen?" she breathed, burrowing her muzzle into her clanmate's fur. The white warrior couldn't believe it: all her clanmates slipping away. Tears threatening to drop from her eyes, she breathed in Amberlight's scent for the last time.

Firebreeze while the rest of the clan advanced and hissed in agreement.
"And so what if I did?" spat the accused, glaring at the three other cats
advancing on him. "You disgust me! Leave and never come back." He
hesitated before turning tail and fleeing from his angry clan mates. He
took refuge in Shadowclan where he settled down and lived the rest of
his life, telling no one of his evil deeds.
Good job, the murderer has been found and exiled. The clan has
been saved.
