Smallstar jolted awake from his dream. He yawned and stood up, leaving his den. "Good morning," the leader meowed to nobody in particular. Smallstar leapt up onto Highrock, surveying his Clan's camp.

"Not when you hear your clan mates shrieking," Featherwhisker growled. "Either way, I'm going." He started to pad to the shrieks.

Bearclaw woke up awaiting the dawn patrol, but no one woke him up so he had slept in a bit. He then jerked to wake as he heard voices outside and panic rose inside him. "I'm late, foxdung." He then stepped outside and looked around seeing it was past dawn. He then walked outside, seeing if he could hunt when he came apond the apprentice and the two warriors, and one of them was dead. "What happened?!" He howled in confusion and sadness as he saw one of the cats going on the patrol he missed. "I could've died." The brown tabby kept on repeating as he stared at Blueblaze's body.

(Falconeyes!) Spottedpelt looked down. "I didn't hear that...you know I have bad hearing!" She followed Featherwhisker.

Ginger storm followed her clanmates back to camp. "At risk of suspecting the wrong clanmates, we must vote to exile the killer. I choose Petalfire." With a dip of her head, she acknowledged her vote.
