I was born with a paw in the ground - Mistmouse, her mother was a tunneler
But a bird taught me how to pull it out - Larksplash, her mentor was a moor runner
At the outlook I could see the most - She had the best eyes in WindClan
I watched him leave - She was there when Talltail left
When he came back I had twined my tail with a claw - When Talltail returned she became mates with Shrewclaw
After the darkness came my heart tore in two - Shrewclaw died in a battle with ShadowClan
But I still had them - She was expecting Shrewclaw's kits
I was treated like I was wiser than an elder and needier than a kit - After Shrewclaw died she was treated highly and got more wool than an elder
I was never left alone, but I would have rather just had him - There was always a cat around her but she still missed Shrewclaw
