Until you can't do anything. No body can think of a letter they could sub in for THREE. At this point, you could add or subtract a letter, preferably not just making the word plural. THREE might be changed to THEE or TREE and then TEE an then TEN. Please stick to real words. One last thing: you can no longer change the same letter back, like CAT to BAT then back to CAT. Get it?
