A carnival!

A far too excited squeal, now where to go, What to do. Bright Jade eyes take it in and it is a dart to the duck pond.

"Red duck red duck come on ducky give me luck."

Plucking the red duck and holding it out to the vendor to see what I win, and then it is a skip to the balloons.

"Pop pop pop a loon, get a prize you silly buffoon."

Throwing the darts with a bounce and then onto the pretty color wheel

"I'd like the color red please."

Waiting for her prize before continuing to the fish winning game and tossing the ping pong balls one at a time, listening to them ring off the balls, closing her eyes and crossing fingers.

"Here fishy fishy fishy."

And finally the final game, pick a number.

"I chose the number 63"

Taking all her prizes for the day to return tomorrow.

I make my way back to the carnival to pick a duck, throw some darts, pick the number 77 and the color purple. Before I leave I decide to try and win a fish.

I walk into a brightly coloured carnival,and I am immediately drawn to the win-a-fish game. I decide to play.
