INTRODUCTION

So I love carnivals and thought it might be interesting to try something on here that resembles a carnival. The posts ahead will be full of exciting games of luck and chance, just like a carnival. And of course there will be prizes too.

Games are free to play, but there will be limits. I only have so many things for prizes and can't have them taken up right away! If the prize pool grows, I will up the limits, and likewise, if it dwindles down, I will lower the limits.

Game Limit: you may play each game once per day

By playing games you win tickets to spend on prizes. The prizes will range from omg commons to uncommons, items or free pets from my pixel shop!

Most games will get you at least one ticket for playing, but you have the possibility of getting up to 10 tickets from some games and other games will win you little pixel things.

RULES

1. To play a game simply post which booth you want to visit and play, for example: I walked up to the pick a duck booth and plucked a duck from the pond. Or it can be something more simple like, I picked a duck. do NOT say 'I want to play all games'! You must put more effort into it than that, I need something to work with when posting your results, see past posts for examples.

2. If you want to play more than one game, please do so in one post so we don't have alot of double posting. Or if you want to play a couple in the morning and then a couple in the evening, that is fine as long as there have been more posts since your last one.

3. You must have messaging available in order to claim prizes, I will NOT post them here, they will be messaged to you, sorry, but I don't want the thread cluttered up with that.

4. Do not steal any art you see here, it belongs to me and sienna77 and is for the use of this thread only!

5. Please do not make your posts fancy with coding, especially changing the size font or color! Any posts not following this rule will be ignored.

If you have any thoughts or suggestions for games or other ideas, feel free to post em.

March 29th-poll added and closed down temporarily until I have time to give this a revamp. Hopefully will be in the next couple days. You may still redeem tickets for prizes though.

Before you answer the poll, please read this, the fee would be small, most likely would be chickens of different rarities depending on the game, but will never cost more than an uncommon.

March 15th-there is something happening in the win a fish booth, you may want to go check it out! Also please not the change to the forms and how to submit them when you win a fish.

You walk up to the booth and see a little kiddie pool full of yellow duckies.

To play this game you simply pick up a duck and the bottom will have a number, this is the amount of tickets you get.

For this game I will roll two dice to determine what the bottom of your duck says.

2-6 is one ticket
7-10 is two tickets
11-12 is three tickets

You walk up to the booth and see a bulletin board full of balloons pinned to it.

To play this game you throw three darts and try to pop balloons, the prize you get depends on how many balloons you pop.

0 balloons = 1 ticket
1 balloon = 2 tickets
2 balloons = 3 tickets
3 balloons = 4 tickets

For this game I will roll three dice to determine how many balloons you popped, each die represents a dart thrown.

If a die is odd number, you missed a balloon
If a die is even number, you hit a balloon

For example: I rolled a 2, 5 and 3. Two darts missed and one hit, so you would get two tickets.

You walk up to a booth and see a spinning wheel full of colors.

To play this game you simply choose a color on the chart and then spin the wheel. The prize you get depends on how close you get to your chosen color.

Hit your color = 5 tickets
One off your color = 3 tickets
Anything else = 1 ticket

I will roll two dice to determine what color the spinner lands on.

You walk up to a booth and see a large velcro board numbered 1 to 100 and a lotto spinner full of tiny numbered balls.

To play this game you take a velcro star and place it on your favorite number on the board and then give the spinner a spin and see what number comes out. The prize you get depends on how close the numbered ball is to your selected number.

Same number=10 tickets
One off=8 tickets
Within Five off=5 tickets
Within Ten off=3 tickets
Anything else=1 ticket

For this game I will use random.org to determine the number that spits out of the wheel.

You walk up to the booth and see a table full of fish bowls full of water.

To play this game you toss 3 ping pong balls at the table and try to get them in a fish bowl.

This game is a little different, you do not win tickets, instead you have the opportunity to win a pixel fish or two.

If you do not make any bowls, you win nothing.
If you make one bowl, you win a fish in a bag.
If you make two bowls, you win a fish in a bowl.
If you make three bowls, you win one of each.

Fish types are in order as follows...
Betta, Fire, Love, Bulb, Fat, Fancy, Mohawk and Shark Fish

it seems the display fish in bowls have been a bit naughty. I came in today to find many little eggs lying at the bottom of the bowls, it would seem they have been jumping bowls and breeding!

What does this mean, you ask. Well, it means that you can now redeem 10 tickets when you win a fish and get one of these mutant eggs instead of a normal breed! That's right, I said mutant! You never know what you might get! Yup, it's completely random what the fish you get will look like, but you can be sure it will be some sort of mix of two or more of the display fish!

If you would like to take home one of these mutant fish, please be sure you have ten tickets available and when you message Trixie to claim your fish, simply state if you won bag or bowl and that you want a random mutant fish. You have no options for these, including colors, it will all be completely random!

Rules for claiming your fish...

1. You MUST message me the form below, no exceptions, this is how I keep track of what fish I still need to do.

2. If I don't receive your form within 48 hours of winning the fish, you will no longer be able to claim it. I am sorry, but I am not going to keep track of it more than 2 days, if you play, it is your responsibility to come back and check to see if you won and send me the form in a timely fashion.

You will be able to choose a color for the body and a color for the fins, no designs.

You walk up to a booth full of goodies, this is where you can spend your tickets.

I really want this to be about having some fun and not trying to get free trade fodder, therefore the selection of pet prizes will mostly be commons and lower, but of course there is always the few prizes that cost tons of tickets, so there will be some uncommons mixed in as well.

CS pet prizes~pets in this group are labeled with a number, that is how many tickets they cost. If you would like to redeem tickets for a prize here, simply send a trade for the pet(s) you want and state that you are redeeming carnival tickets.


Pixel Prizes

piggy or chicky, comes as seen for 5 tickets OR your choice of color for 10 tickets


get a little barn for you piggy or chicky=10 extra tickets
must be redeemed at same time as piggy or chicky, I will NOT add existing piggies or chickies to them.

a butterfly, kitty or bunny in any one solid color of your choosing=15 tickets each
to redeem simply post 'I want a solid color _______' and then give me a hex code for the color


accessories for kitty or bunny face (bow can be on top of head or at neck and any color)=10 tickets each
please get these at the same time as you get your bunny or kitty, I will NOT add them on to existing kitties or bunnies
to redeem just post what you want when you order your bunny or kitty and what color if getting the bow

a caterpillar, cocoon, spotted butterfly or bear in your choice of three colors=25 tickets
to redeem simply post 'I want a ________' and then follow it by the three colors you want, hex codes work best.

for the caterpillar, please state face, body and stripe colors
for the cocoon please state top, middle and bottom colors
for the butterfly please state wing, spots and body colors
for the bear please state body, bow and heart colors

NOTE: If you want more colors than what is given for any of the above pets, I am willing to try and do customizations as long as it isn't too fancy or a character. Just message me to let me know what you would like and if I think I can do it I will give you a ticket price and you can decide if you want to spend the tickets.

Other Prizes

I have a little Pixel shop and you can use tickets to purchase pets from this shop if you would like. Simply substitute 1C$ for 100 tickets,so if the pet you want to order costs 3C$, then you can use 300 tickets to get it, or even 100 tickets plus 2C$ or 200 tickets plus 1C$. Just post your order in the shop thread and state at the bottom how many tickets you are redeeming and then send C$ payment for the rest if needed.


Donations

At this time I have a rather good selection of pets in the prize booth, however, donations are always welcome. I will accept pets, items and even art.

If you would like to donate pets, commons and under are best. Any rares donated will be auctioned off for a quantity of uncommon and under, possibly even older uncommons will be auctioned off as well. Item donations are fine too, however, more common lower value items are best. When donating, please please do not include any of my wishlist pets in the donation! It makes it very difficult to keep track of my wishlist when it says I have the pets, yet I really don't because they were a donation to the prize group and not mine. Please make sure to mention it is a donation to the carnival when you send the trade, thanks.

If you would like to donate art or little pixel creations for that prize section, that would be great too. I am not overly good at making things. I would especially like food stand type of stuff (cotton candy, candy apples, hot dogs, drinks, etc.), but I was not able to do a very good job trying to create them!

A big thanks to my better half, sienna77, for donating over 150 commons and under, as well as a few uncommons, to the prize pool!
