The neon colours work well with the images, and the animated text looks amazing!

I like the feel of this signature and the somewhat monochrome feel. The art in the corner is quite nice and suits the nice colours. The borders are a very nice touch and the quote just ties it all together. I especially like the gifs of the different types a storm can be and how the lightning gif brightens up at one moment and makes the whole left side feel a lot brighter.
