looks alright! it's not too kept into one color palette and is an open character to colors (MONSTERS ARE A YES FROM ME ALL THE TIME!) although taking in the name 'monster' means a lot to me, and being a monster concept artist I can't really tell what makes this cat 'monster' at all, despite having unnatural eyes, it really doesn't seem like a monster at all and still seems to be a cat.
