Their design is cute, but I feel like the icey blue and the dark blue don't fit together well with the other blue. They all seem to clash a little.

7/10 - I really like the idea, but the yellow bandanna doesn't
quite fit with the monochrome design. instead of the bandana, I
would suggest adding another ring of blue flowers [a lei] around
the neck.
